- Have you, as strategy lead, read each section author’s section drafts at an appropriate degree of progression / completion, in order to ensure thematic congruity between each section or Schedule?
- Have you provided the opportunity to, or overseen, the reading by each Section author, of his or her fellow contributing authors’ section drafts (before even considering finalising his or her own) to ensure congruity both in theme and in facts?
- Are you overviewing regularly (albeit not going as far as to micro-manage your writers), to ensure that each section-in-progress is contributing to an overarching, and complete, mosaic?
Notwithstanding the above two checkpoints, is each key section / Schedule as a self-contained piece capable of standing alone, if necessary, carrying a complete articulation of the over-arching strategy?
What editing plans do you have in place to ensure the same general “voice” speaks from all the pages of your submission?
