- Demonstrate a strong self-focus;
- Lack a clear central strategy;
- Be template-based;
- Lack precision and detail;
- Display an arrogant or condescending tone;
- Make empty claims with no proof points;
- Waffle or use lofty/trendy language to smoke over a lack of substance.
